a. Product Descriptions: MVP Locker endeavors to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, MVP Locker does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

b. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

c. Payment: By submitting an order, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable shipping fees.

4. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping:

We ship out of our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.

Most orders ship same business day. However, please allow 1-3 days handling time due to demand to complete orders. Once shipped, tracking will be provided (1-5 business days travel time depending on distance from our CA warehouse).

We normally ship via USPS:

  • USPS First-Class: 2-7 Business Days
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Days
  • USPS Express: 1-2 Business Days (Guaranteed)

b. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns/exchanges only on brand new/unused/unopened items within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an RA# for a return/exchange. Packages received with no RA# will be refused back to the shipper. Customers are responsible for return shipping (both ways). Returns on items will require a 10% restocking fee.

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MVP Locker or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
